owencasey	Over the last couple of weeks we have gathered a group to do a slow River Ride on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This has been well received. Primarily due the commitment to keep the speed at an average of 28ks. I would like to invite as many as possible to come along and enjoy a great start to the day. That’s if you enjoy getting out of bed early for a 5:30AM start.

owencasey	The Tuesday and Thursday rides start on the city side of the river under the Narrows. All SPR Tuesday and Thursday rides start at this location. Be sure to wait and let the faster riders go first.

Rosslind	Thanks for this mornings group ride especially to Brett who hung back with dad when he was dropped at Preston Point rd! Bad daughter didn’t even know he wasn’t with us anymore. Really love the culture of SPR for making sure we all finish safe and well..

Claire Hines	Hi There, I’m about to start riding tomorrow with SPR, I’m interested in the weekday slower rides too. Can you tell me if these slower Tues/Thur morning rides are still happening at 5:30. It’s a good time for me, so I’m keen to come along. Thanks Claire.

Shaw	Hi Claire, yes mostly on Tuesday and Thursday there is a transition paced ride which leaves just after the faster group. Meet at the Narrows at the City side. It has been popular in the past few months. so should hopefully continue on during winter.
