Cheers Bill. It looks like we won’t be getting there until the Wednesday now… Negotiations with the authorities did go as well we hoped.
We will look to ride out to stages (where possible) as you said and be good to do that with some SPR crew, definitely not scared a some big days. The loop you mentioned sounds good.
Time to do some booking…

Thanks Bill. That’s the sort info I was looking for. I see the official last day is the 25th so day before Oz day. The plan is to get there on the Tuesday hopefully and stay until final race. SPR kit definitely will be making the journey.

Planning to head to SA for TDU or at least last 4 days and was hoping for some advice on where to stay and any other tips for a tour Virgin. Going to be taking the bikes and looking to ride to stages and or part there of if possible. Would be good to be around like minded people as well. Any tips are helpful!Cheers

Hi All
New member looking to order kit before the deadline. Just wondering on bib size, usually wear Assos XL, but have Cannibal L that also fit well. Anyone wear Assos bibs and know how the sizing compares. Didn’t find the Champ systems sizing chart too helpful.Cheers for any advice.
