this saturday is the first saturday of the month and as usual we will be running the Focus Group ride.  as this ride develops (hopefully with some warmer weather) we would like to see our members bringing their kids along for the ride.  we are mainly aiming at the 10 yrs and under as the route is not that long or challenging for the older kids.  we take off from the back of the boatshed cafe (adjacent to our usual saturday start location) and ride along the bike path to the causeway and back.  the path is flat and safe and we ride as a group.

so, if you want to give your kids a head start in cycling and get them to experience group riding like their parents do, then bring them along this saturday.  we start at 9:30am so you can still get your group ride in beforehand.  the ride only takes about 45mins and the kids seem to enjoy it.  i will see you there.
