    You can save yourself a fortune by getting a foam roller which are for sale at most physio’s for ~$30 (small) to ~60 (large).

    These are particularly great for keeping ITB’s and quads in good shape with a few mins of rolling every day. Lots of YouTube videos on how to use them correctly for different muscle groups.
