In our experience the sizing chart is pretty accurate. If you are concerned about having a comfortable fit go for the Race Jersey rather than the Elite Race Jersey.

The knicks are made with a very firm/high quality lycra, so if the sizing chart suggests you are right at the top end of a size you might be best to err on the side of caution and go with the size above.
